When your online reservation is completed, you will receive an appointment confirmation at the
e-mail address that you registered.
In case you do not receive an appointment confirmation, your booking may not have been completed, so
please call or e-mail us if you do not receive our confirmation e-mail.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you like to change or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your
scheduled appointment.
You can cancel your reservation by clicking the cancel button on the confirmation e-mail.
If you are going to be late for your appointment due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us
as soon as possible.
If you arrive after your appointment time, we reserve the right to shorten your treatment time or
refuse it. (*Even in the case of a shortened service, the menu fee at the time of reservation will
be charged.)
If you cancel or change your reservation within 24 hours, or if you cancel or arrive late without
notice, you will be charged half the price of your reservation.
